**All orders are handmade-to-order. Please allow 5-6 weeks for your order to be made and shipped** If you would like your order rushed, we charge a $25 rush fee. Email us to set that up.
$8.50 US shipping $20-$46 International
If you would like to upgrade the shipping method to expedited, please email us.
Our mailers are biodegradable!
• All packages that are not accepted at point of delivery are not the responsibility of K.S. Garner to re-ship or refund.
•. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered, please contact your local post office to file a missing mail piece report. Purchasing insurance will insure your package in case of theft or damage, there is a prompt to purchase insurance when you add an item to your cart. Once you receive tracking info, we advise you follow the progress and make sure to be home on day of delivery or change the delivery date on usps.com to prevent theft of packages.

• International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
** All packages are shipped via USPS First Class and items over 1lb. are shipped Priority Mail.
Refund policy
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must not be washed. Please email us with reason for returning and we will resolve the issue with store credit or an exchange!
For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the new shipping fee to ship an item back out. Once we receive the return we will issue to store credit, or make the exchange, email an invoice for the new shipping fee and ship it back out.
**NO return or exchange on face masks or custom orders (Custom orders include custom hems or any adjustments made to the original silhouette)**
It is the customer's responsibility to read the item's description thoroughly before purchasing.
Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Care Instructions
Hand washing helps make your K.S. Garner pieces last longer! If need be, machine wash cold and hang dry, except for piece with fringe. Do not machine wash pieces with fringe, do not get fringe wet or fringe will fray.
Do not iron velvet, lace, or satin pieces. Steam only.
