Refund policy

We accept returns on handmade clothing items for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must not be washed. Please email us with reason for returning and we will resolve the issue with store credit or an exchange!

For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the new shipping fee to ship an item back out. Once we receive the return we will issue to store credit, or make the exchange, email an invoice for the new shipping fee and ship it back out.   

**NO return or exchange on fabric or custom orders (Custom orders include custom hems or any adjustments made to the original silhouette)**

It is the customer's responsibility to read the item's description thoroughly before purchasing. 

Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
